At Crown Estates, we ensure that all your vehicle servicing and compliance requirements are meticulously managed. Our comprehensive services include:
Service Records Management: We maintain detailed records and service histories for each of your vehicles, ensuring that all routine scheduled maintenance is completed promptly.
Scheduled Servicing Coordination: We coordinate all routine and required servicing with the main agents, ensuring your vehicles are always in optimal condition.
Registration and Compliance: We manage all aspects of vehicle registration and compliance, including:
License Plates and Validation Tabs: Ensuring your vehicles have the necessary license plates and validation tabs issued by the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT).
OHV Decals: For off-road vehicles, we manage the annual purchase and application of the OHV decal, as required.
Liability Insurance: We ensure all your vehicles have the required liability insurance coverage from an authorized Arizona business.
Registration: We handle the application for Arizona titles and registration within 15 days of purchasing or transferring a vehicle, and manage registration renewals as needed.
License Plate Display: We ensure that license plates are securely attached to the rear of the vehicle, at least 12 inches from the ground, and clearly legible, with the state name at the top of the plate unobscured.
